- With our experience in dealing with town permitting boards, we offer clients the best chance to successfully acquire all necessary permits.

Contractor Selection
- We keep a short list of our favorite contractors and sub-contractors whom we like to recommend, and will introduce the client to the builders who we think are best suited for their projects.
We will also be happy to work with the builder of the client’s choice. We have built relationships of trust between ourselves and the builders we work with over time. In fact, many builders continue to recommend us to their own clients.

Construction Supervision
- We will act as the client's representative on a jobsite to ensure that the construction phase goes as smoothly as possible. We work to make sure the project is built according to the plans and specifications decided on, certify builders request for payments, and work out any issues or details on-site to make sure the work is carried out to correspond to the intent of the design.
Our on-site representation works especially well for our out-of-state clients who otherwise would have little control over what happens on their jobsite. We keep our clients up-to-date via email, digital photographs, and site reports so that our clients can stay on top of each stage of construction.
