Too often outdoor spaces are not considered until a building is nearly completed. In our projects we don't limit our thinking to the outside walls of the building. We consider the outside from the beginning of our design.

Outside spaces need to be as well-thought-out as interior rooms. Whether we are talking about views, decks, porches, pergolas, gardens, lawns, or outdoor showers we believe they should be integrated to the design concept of the whole project. We often work with landscape architects, preferring to bring them into the project early in the design phase so our design can take advantage of the opportunities beyond the walls of the house.

If there is no landscape architect involved we will work with our client to design and lay out the outdoor spaces to be in harmony with the project.
